✔ Add fat-free or low-fat milk instead of water to oatmeal and hot cereals.
✔ Spoon yogurt on top of cut-up fruit for a quick dessert.
✔ Add protein to casseroles, soups, stews, or vegetables with shredded reduced-fat or low-fat cheese.
